| | Today’s real estate market is causing thousands of homeowner’s unbelievable stress and heartache. The stress home owners are feeling comes from different areas. The one constant is that most owners are underwater, upside down, or whatever you want to call it, when it comes to their mortgage and the value of the home. Adjustable rate loans, 80/20 loans, 100% loans, 125% loans and of course the no doc or Liars loans. If you have one of those loans, you know what I am talking about here. Now throw in tax increases, higher insurance costs, a loss of income, medical bills, or multitudes of other problems and you have our current crisis. Chances are that if you are here you are facing some type of distress. While I cannot guarantee I can stop a foreclosure, I can give you the information you need to make a sound decision. There are options to a foreclosure and until the bank auction on the courthouse steps YOU are still in control. Today's real estate market is a buyers market. Over the last few months, we have seen investors coming back to this area due to the low prices and amount of lender owned properties. There are great deals out there, and there will be more. I tend to go along with those that say we haven't seen anything yet. That this is just the beginning. The reason is there are more mortgages that will be adjusting in the next few years. Once those start to adjust, we will see more homeowners facing the most important decisions in their lives.
